The SFJ 90° edge panel clip is designed for the holding and guiding of cables positioned perpendicular to the photovoltaic module frame, facilitating, for example, the routing of conductors to the adjacent module through the short side of the frame. This arrangement enables a tidier, safer, and more efficient cabling in modern photovoltaic installations.
Manufactured in AISI 304 or heat-treated AISI 410 stainless steel (depending on the version), SFJ clips offer excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, even in harsh or demanding environments. Installation is simple by manual pressure, with firm fastening ensured by the locking tab; removal or repositioning only requires a screwdriver. Rounded edges protect cable insulation, while some references include a short tab, suitable for very narrow frame edges (10 mm).
SFJ clips are available in different configurations:
· 1-cable version: in AISI 304, designed for a single conductor, c-UL-us certified and DFARS compliant.
· 2-cable version: in AISI 304, suitable for two homogeneous conductors; reference 02012000316 includes a short locking tab. c-UL-us and DFARS certified (only for model 02012000317).
· 4-cable version: in heat-treated AISI 410, especially robust, allowing four conductors to be fixed perpendicular to the frame. c-UL-us certified and DFARS compliant.
With thicknesses of 0.508 mm or 0.635 mm depending on the reference, these clips exceed standard market requirements and guarantee a certified minimum service life of 20 years. Their operating range from -40 °C to +300 °C ensures reliable performance under extreme conditions.
Thanks to their specific 90° design, SFJ clips are ideal for photovoltaic modules, as well as for electrical systems, control panels, telecommunications, marine installations, and industrial machinery, where durable, safe, and perpendicular cable management is required.
