Our LHVL leveling feet, made of zinc-plated steel, are designed for use in machinery applications and withstand a load of up to 30,000 N. Load values are calculated under static conditions and at half the screw length. In the presence of vibrations or dynamic loads, these values must be reduced.
The base has 4 holes with a diameter of 12.50 mm, allowing it to be screwed to the floor. Additionally, the thread has an 8º tilt to compensate for floor unevenness.
Each reference is available with a non-slip base made of vulcanized NBR rubber, 80 Shore. This base can be drilled to use the fixing holes.
We can also supply a hex nut to secure the shaft and prevent tilting. This option is only available for variants without a non-slip base (type 1). Please contact our sales department if you are interested.
