The SFL structural profile clip is designed for the fastening and guiding of two heterogeneous cables, providing a robust, safe and long-lasting solution for cable management in photovoltaic and industrial installations. Manufactured in heat-treated AISI 410 stainless steel, it ensures high mechanical strength together with good corrosion resistance, maintaining reliable performance even in demanding environments or under extreme conditions.

Its design incorporates two differentiated cavities: one for module cables up to Ø 7.6 mm and another for micro-inverter cables of Ø 10.5 – 12 mm, making it a versatile solution for applications with different conductor diameters. The rounded edges protect the cable insulation, avoiding cuts or damage during installation or use.

Fixing is quick and easy by manual pressure, remaining firmly anchored to the structural profile without the need for tools. In addition, it can be easily repositioned or removed for maintenance or adjustment tasks, facilitating cable management in complex systems.

With a thickness of 0.508 mm, the SFL clip exceeds standard market requirements, offering a guaranteed service life of at least 20 years. It is manufactured in compliance with DFARS and designed for an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +300 °C.

Thanks to its specific design for structural profiles, this clip is ideal for use in photovoltaic modules, electrical systems, control panels, telecommunications, marine installations, industrial machinery and modular structures, where safe, durable and efficient cable management is required.
